SCCIJ – Our Sister Chamber in Japan

The “Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry” SCCIJ is the sister chamber of the SJCC and is based in Japan. Founded in 1981 it has its offices in Tokyo.  

The SCCIJ is an independent, membership-based business association dedicated to serving Swiss and Japanese companies operating in Japan. It offers a professional platform and services to expand the network and enhance the visibility of its members.

The Chamber actively supports and promotes bilateral commercial relationships, aiming to generate increased business activities for its members by providing networking opportunities, facilitating business contacts, and sharing relevant information. The SCCIJ has over 200 members, two-thirds of which are corporate members.

The SJCC and the SCCIJ cooperate closely across many areas to strengthen Swiss–Japanese business relations. The Scholarship Fund is jointly managed by both chambers.

Members of the SJCC are entitled to participate in SCCIJ activities in Japan at member rates. The same conditions apply to SCCIJ members attending SJCC activities in Switzerland.
