JCO Online sessions include:

•       a pre-course questionnaire (to help us select the content most suited to customers’ needs)

•       a 3,5 h online session

•       Access to all JCO E-learning modules for 1 month (in English; 7 modules on many topics)

•       a copy of the JCO booklet “working across cultural borders” (in English and Japanese)
